But keep it in moderate portion. Remember, you only need 2000 cal to function perfectly during the day, no need to put the whole lasagna or that plateful of fried rice after fruit and snacks.

  • Stalking On The Instagram People

There are photos of body transformation everywhere on Instagram Go stalk some of those people accounts and feel recharge. Remind yourself of your body goal. Don’t feel ashamed of doing that, everyone does that all the time. Don’t stalk on your ex’s account, there’s no use in that. LOL.

  • Don’t Store Too Much Food

You may be one of those people who love to see a full fridge. But when you are on diet, you don’t want to do that. You know what they say; it’s hard to stop yourself from eating when all around you is your favorite food. So what you want to do is to keep only what you need in there and you know what, you get to save money as well! It’s a bonus. (That’s right, I am trying to convince you using the power of money).

  • Calm Yourself Down

It’s easy to lose patience when you are starving. And that’s when the devil kicks in and asks you to give up. So now calm down. Drink your water, read the book, listen to good music and stay away from your fridge.
